I want to accomplish one of my childhood dreams and that is to beat the Battle Frontier in Emerald. So I need some tips to beat all the facilities

Actually the battle frontier has level 50 where all your pokemon need to be level 50 no higher or lower, and open level which is anything but opponents have level 60 if below
