Tips on beating Palkia in Pokemon Explorers of Sky?

Im stuck! I cant seem to defeat him. Im a skitty lvl 64 with a shinx as a partner at lvl 66.

Use strong, long range attacks, bring blinker seeds and stun seeds. also bring a lot of oran berrys, and hope for the best. I beat him on my 3rd try.
