How do you get the Eon Ticket in the UK?

I'd like specific instructions, I'm so out of tune with my 3DS I don't even know how to put Street Pass on :/

Don't just copy and paste from the official Pokémon website or from Serebii, I've already been on there and I know I have to turn on Street Pass somehow, then go on ORAS, then go on my BuzzNav.

My Street Pass seems to be on, but I don't seem to be getting anywhere when I go on the BuzzNav. Any further help would be much appreciated.

The idea for the event is to give 15 people an eon ticket and they hope to have the eon ticket pass across the country, this may take some time if you live in an isolated but my advice would be to wait and take your 3DS with you whenever you go out into some shops or into another city, remember to enable communications and go to streetpass plaza to set up a streetpass mii.

No, that would be very difficult to keep track of and would also not limit the eon ticket to the UK only
