When you get the Eon Ticket, will the commercial pop up right away, or will you have to wait for it to come on?

I'm pretty sure the eon ticket expired mid-January, around the 15th or so. However, when I received MY eon ticket, the notification will appear straight away on the BuzzNav and all you have to do to receive it is to look for the updated news, and then check for any updated news, whether or not you're connected to wifi or not.
