The reason you haven't received it may be because the newletters are only distributed to those who have their country set to either USA or Canada. If you have set your country to something else, you're out of luck.
Source and personal experience, I set my country to Australia(which is not where I actually live XD). Guess I'll just have to buy CoroCoro.
Also, completely off topic but many should be used instead of much. Much is used when referring to things that do not have a specific number of said object, for example water.
