-Leech Seed
-Horn Leech
-???
Also suggest a last move.

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Substitute / Phantom Force
- Leech Seed
- Will-O-Wisp
- Horn Leech

This guy is a great SubSeeder. He has WoW to wear down the foe faster, and Harvest and Horn Leech for even more recovery. Sub is what makes this a SubSeed set, avoiding status and attacks while recovering from Leech Seed, which wears down the foes whole it heals you. Will-O-Wisp is for even more residual damage on the foe and cripples physical attackers. Horn Leech is STAB and moar recovery.

Substitute or Phantom Force?

As you wish, you only have one attack move, if you fight against fire or steel, Phantom Force will be a good use.
Also Phantom Force makes you ''dissapear'' for 1 turn and your oponente will get damaged by the burn.
Substitute can be a great choice to. Sub + Leech Seed + Will-O-Wisp + Harvest + Sitrus Berry is a great combination.
So if you want a tank Trevenant you can use Substitute, if you want to get ride off some pokemons that Horn Leech can get ride off, you may use Phantom Force.

In my opinion Phantom Force is better.
