Nope. Simple as that. Although you cannot use Pokegen anymore due to the shutdown of GTS, unless you have an Action Replay disposable.

I thought GTS was off in Gen 5. The tags says xy and 3ds.

There is no Pokegen for Gem VI yet, so they must've meant Gen V.

Actually there is pokegen for XY. it only works with the Japanese XY though.
