What is a good counter for Blissey?

I want a good counter with a great Attack stat that can 1HKO a 252 HP / 252 Defense Blissey.

Any physical attacker.
Also, nobody runs 252 Def Blissey.

Physical Attackers.

A lot of physical attackers smash straight through all that HP it has, by targetting it's measly defense stat. Good examples are mostly fighting types like Conkeldurr (which can gain almost it's whole HP stat back in one Drain Punch) and Breloom.

Pokemon with Psyshock / Psystrike / Secret Sword.

A whole lot of Pokemon adopt Psyshock instead of Psychic solely to be able to counter Blissey well. For Example Latios and special variants of Jirachi.
And Keldeo-Resolute can use it's huge special attack stat and target the defense with Secret Sword, which makes it an excellent special counter.
In Ubers, Mewtwo utilizes Psystrike, the better Psyshock, to completely annihilate any Blissy that stands before it.

And this is for the spreads that are the most common, almost no Blissey runs full investment in HP because then they miss out on other defenses. It's HP is high even without investment, and is usually enough.

I remember using a Spore + Swords Dance Breloom, it has rekt Blisseys and Chanseys alike in a seingle Mach Punch.

You can use Doublade instead, changing the HP EVs to Defence and the move King's Shield to Iron Head, because Aegislash isn't in Blissey's tier, however, Aegislash is the best counter for Blissey [in my opinion]:
- Aegislash is part steel and so is immune to Toxic.
- Aegislash is part Ghost and so is immune to Seismic Toss.
- Aegislash can easily take down Blissey with a great attack stat, Swords Dance and super-effective Sacred Sword because Blissey has a terrible defence stat.

Sableye @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
- Seismic Toss

Sableye is in Blissey's tier an is an excellent counter:
- Sableye with Prankster and Taunt can Shut down all of Blissey's most commonly used moves apart from Seismic Toss...
- Sableye is part Ghost and so is immune to Seismic Toss.
- Sableye can tank well with leftovers and a good special defence in case Blissey runs a special set - which isn't very likely.

Both of these sets aren't designed in order to counter Blissey but as regular competitive sets. Aegislash and Sableye just happen to be great Blissey Counters.

If you read the last bit it says that 'these sets are not designed in order to counter Blissey'. Aegislash's moveset is DEFINITELY viable for normal competitive AND YET can take down Blissey with next to no trouble even without replacing Shadow Sneak: which should be kept as it can deal with other competitive threats being a STAB, priority attack.

What is the point of having a Pokemon on your team whose only purpose is to counter another Pokemon that may not even be on the opposing team?

A blissey with max def and hp can take a superpower from max atk adamant (atk mode) deoxys with only 40 percent hp lost so if u fight 1 GOD help u

That is funny my aegislash counter is my blissey max def 1/2 all damage done by physical moves and my blissey is 1 of the best (tank) sweepers in the game. But I don't use meta(I hate toxic myself) move sets I use my brain if fighting meta what they said is best.

Tip:if fight a meta blissey they normally heal 1st to test ur atk power or toxic so if don't have ur counter out and have at least 1 good fighting or power move that u have not use use a weaker move that takes less than 20 percent hp then ur strong move if it take out more than 50 percent max hp they would not be set on heal because of ur weak move so u can get a K.O.next turn (works best if they don't use protect to see strong move coming and if they healed u need 60 percent min from last 2 moves) hope this helps.
