Has it been confirmed if Hoopa/Volcanion are set to be released in the UK?

Nope nothing has been confirmed about them not even their release, as they are still unreleased Pokémon.

Source: I check Pokémon news on a daily basis.

Hoopa however is said to be a Psychic/Dark type and Volcanion is said to be a Fire/Water type, both Pokémon are also said to be Genderless.

Hoopa's Ability is said to be Magician and Volcanion's is said to be Water Absorb. Their Stats are said to be as followed:

Hoopa: 80 | 110 | 60 | 150 | 130 | 70

Volcanion: 80 | 110 | 120 | 130 | 90 |70

Note all of this is still unconfirmed by Pokémon.

That reminds me, I remember seeing someone having a Hoopa & Volcanion (Cherish Balls included) when I was trading with them.  I didn't get them, but I got a Diancie and Jirachi (also in Cherish Balls) and they were German, so I can assume the others are/were German as well (although I have no proof).  Anybody care to explain this to me?  Were they hacked?
