What are all of the accuracy boosting moves and items ?

I currently have a shiny Tyrantrum who just learned Horn Drill, which I think is a pretty good move, with the one- hit KO, but it has pretty low accuracy.
So, in this sticky situation, I was just wondering how many accuracy- boosting moves there are, and also if any items would boost the accuracy.

X Accuracy
Wide Lens
Zoom Lens: Catch is that you have to move last, and your move's accuracy will be increased by 20%
