The cloning process is still enabled for XY?

I have 2 3DS consoles and I now I'm thinking about cloning my shinies, so I wanna know if the cloning process is still enable for Pokémon XY.

actually, nintendo can't stop the cloning process bcos hackers have found a fault in the game which allows u to clone pokemon

Yes, you can clone Pokémon in X and Y using IR.
