Pokemon XY list of all quests and side quests?

Question

I wanted to get all of the stuff that can only be obtained after finishing the game. I beated the elite 4, finished bereu side quest, caught Yveltal and some stuff are still un-takeable (IDK what's the word for that) just like taking Poke Radar I still can't get it from the scientist for some reason. Am I really done or did I missed anything? Please tell me what I haven't done or if there is a list of quests. Thank you.

I need some more friends who plays Pokemon for me to play, friend safari, trade, etc.

This should satisfy all of your needs and maybe even more. These things are really just optional and aren't required but are fun to do (well most of them, at least).

As you can see, this has completing the Pokedex, collecting Mega Stones, play out the Battle Maison, catch legendaries, and more.
