Does high critical hit ratio count as a secondary effect?

According to this list, http://pokemondb.net/ability/sheer-force high crit ratio effects do not count as a secondary effect for sheer force. Also slash isn't on there, because slash and other moves with just a high crit ratio isn't on there. Hope I helped!
