Well I mean since Night Slash ups the Critical Hit ratio, if I use Baton Pass will the poke I switch into have the Critical Hit boost?

First, night slash doesn't increase the Pokemon's critical hit chance. It just has a higher critical hit chance compared to most other moves, so using those other moves (regardless of whether your Absol or some other Pokemon is using them) will not have the higher critical hit chance. Second, why is this flagged?

No Night Slash does not baton pass any increased chance for a critical hit when you baton pass.

Neither does Super Luck, for the record :3
