Can Dunsparce be Good?

Question

I was just thinking and wondering if it's possible for Dunsparce to be a truly good Pokemon. Please include nature, ability, evs, moves, and possible nicknames!

The only way to make Dusparce usable is to give it a paraflinch set.

Nature: Careful
- Glare
- Headbutt/ Rock Slide
- Roost
- Coil

It relies on luck, because Dunsparce is so frail that it needs the right opportunity to set up, unlike say Jirachi or Togekiss who have good bulk. Glare's recommended because it'll hit ground types as well.

Despite his bad stats, Dunsparce can be a decent defensive Pokémon. Here's a staller set I would suggest:

Dunsparce @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace (or Rattled)
Impish Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 132 Sp. Def
Moves:
Toxic (obviously a good move for a staller Pokémon)
Protect (also a good staller move)
Ancient Power (makes good use of Serene Grace)
Roost (recovers HP)

But they are common (Jellicent or Bronzong) and Pimpnite uses Baton Pass that´s why he can sweep. I´ve would have OHKOd him before he could set-up as I got a great combo o3o
