Hidden abilities are only passed down if the mother has that ability. If the mother doesn't, the babies will only hatch with that species' normal ability (or abilities)
No. Hidden Abilities are only passed down from parents. If the mother has it there's higher chance the ability will get passed down and if the father has it there's a lesser chance.(if bred with a male it has to be bred with ditto)
