Wats the FASTEST way possible to hatch eggs in X/Y?

title says it all ;) (but make the answer as detailed as possible, no links plz)

1.Get a Pokemon with flame body (e.g Talonflame)
2.Use hatching power.( from O powers)
3.Ride your bike around lumiose city.

Those are all the things I can think of.

i also always read a book or watch something on my computer while i hatch eggs.  makes it seem like time goes much faster.

You can try and get the Oval Charm + Hatching Power :3
and get a Coin/Blu-Tak and ride at the centre of Lumiose City
