Is learning Heal Block worth it?

I don't know if I should still let my Gothitelle know this move.

It can be used against the Elite 4 although it's not normally worth wasting the turn for. Much better to learn an attacking move, especially in-game.

As Pikamaster said in the comments Heal Block doesn't stop Potions from healing so it's definitely not worth learning.

Taunt does the same right? Or does heal block prevent leech seed too?

I believe Heal Block prevents all forms of HP recovery including using items such as Potions and berries.
