How should I train my Clefairy?

A while ago I received a Clefairy over WonderTrade nicknamed hpAtkSdfSpd.
I'm guessing this has something to do with IV/EV training, however I'm not much of an IV/EV trainer.

I'm not sure what I should do. Is there a specific way I should train my Clefairy? (Modest nature)

Well, It obviously has 31 IVs in HP, Attack(won't really do anything lol), SDef and Speed.
I think you should use a Special Attacking set since it has a Modest Nature.
First, evolve your Clefairy. Then, proceed to use this set.
EV train 252 HP, 4 Defense, and 252 Special Defense.

EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Nature: Modest
- Calm Mind
- Softboiled
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
