Is a sweeper set for Bronzong viable?

My planned set for wifi battling and Battle Frontier is this:
Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 56 Atk / 252 HP / 100 SDef / 100 Def
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Zen Headbutt

It definitely is, however, if you can, try to change the EV's a little to max out your atk and HP, and maybe change the item to Choice Band. (But then you can't have SR, sooo)
