How do mega stones and raised stats work?

Question

For example, I have a Scizor, and the following actions happen:
1. Scizor becomes Mega Scizor
2. Mega Scizor uses Swords Dance
3. Attack stat is raised by two levels
4. Mega Scizor becomes Scizor

At the last action, will then the raised Attack stat become neutral?
Or does Scizor still have an Attack stat raised by two levels?

A Mega Pokemon cannot go back to it's original form - so Mega Scizor cannot become Scizor again.
A Mega Evolution is a one-way occurance, and the mega-evolved Pokemon only 'devolves' after the battle has ended or it faints.. So your scenario is impossible, as the last action cannot occur.
