Will Pokemon with Trick/Switcheroo with held toxic/flame orb affect Pokemon with magic bounce?

Like for example a rotom with toxic orb will use trick to an xatu with magic bounce, will it poison the xatu?

(Ps, will trick/switcheroo work if the opposing Pokemon has no item?)

Yes it will.

Magic Bounce doesn't protect you from status, it just bounces status moves back. Magic Bounce Pokemon can still be affected with status from Static/Flame Body, Items, ect.
