Poketransfer says, you do not have any Pokemon in the box?

I have Pokemon in the box. I tried cleaning the cartridge, I have good internet connection, and I tried switching the Pokemon to another box. it wont work!

You probably have HMs on the Pokemon.
Pokemons that have HMs can't be transfered to another game.
