How can I get N's archeops?

in Pokemon black and white2 you can get N's Pokemon, does archeops count? and if so how can I get it?

No, Archeops is not one of N's available Pokemon. But you can get a Plume Fossil from Lenora after you have completed the main story line.

You can't get N's Archeops
It isn't listed here as one of the Pokemon that you can get that were previously N's. Check the link for the ones you can get and their locations ^_^
