Is Status moves affected by Follow Me and Rage Powder?

Is Status moves such as Taunt, Thunder Wave and Screech affected/diverted by Rage Powder/Follow Me?
This might be a nooby question but Bulbapedia the DB descriptions were a bit vague.

Yes, Rage Powder/Follow me will also attract non-dame dealing moves such as Taunt and Thunder Wave to the Pokemon that uses Rage Powder/Follow me etc..
