Honedge different form is considering as Form-Change?

Is unsheathed Honedge is considering as form-change?

No need for formal information or source, but there has to be reason of the answer. If there's no reason, you can use something like "Gamefreak wanted it like that"

Well if Hone Edge becomes unsheathed through a special event/special move it would probably be considered a Form Change probably (Similar to Meloetta's Relic Song). I'd probably say it would count as a form change since it's appearance changes, but it could always be just like an animation or random thing :P which would make it not count as a form change

Otherwise... we won't know till it comes out :P and Gamefreak wanted it like that! XD
