Trick Room Sweeper

Victini
Victini @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / SpD / or 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
- V-Create
- Bolt Strike
- Zen Headbutt / Brick Break
- Trick Room

This guy can work amazing well as a trick room sweeper. With V-Create as a powerful STAB that lowers your Speed as well it makes it even better. Zen Headbutt is another amazing STAB that can also make the opponent flinch and the lower accuracy is taken care by Victini's Ability. Brick Break if you dont want a freaking heatran to come in and wall you but I still think Zen Headbutt is the better option in the end. Fusion Bolt is coverage and Trick Room is there for obvious reasons.

where does victini learn bolt strike
It’s an event only move, specifically the Christmas 2012 giveaway in Japan

Victini
Victini @ Life Orb
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- V-create
- Guard Swap
- Bolt Strike
- Flame Charge
V-Create is incredible STAB that has a good chance of OHKOing anything that doesn’t resist it. Guard Swap gives them lowered defenses from V-Create, and can potentially steal defense boosts. Flame Charge helps with the speed you lose from V-Create. Bolt Strike is incredibly powerful coverage.

Nice Set. Upvote.

Victini @ Iron Ball
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Trick Room
- V-Create
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt / Shadow Ball / Focus Blast

Trick Room is the main point of the set. V-create is HUGE STAB and was the reason I made this set in the first place. Psyshock is STAB. Thunderbolt / Shadow Ball / Focus Blast are your coverage options.

You need some Sp.atk/Atk EVs,even though V-Create has a high base power but Victini only has 100 base attack, and Psyshock is the same thing but with a lot less power.
Thanks Shx I though I put those EVs in S.Attack, I accidentally typed Speed.

Victini @ Life Orb / Lum Berry
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Flame Charge
- Blue Flare
- Focus Blast
- Psychic / Hidden Power [Ice]

Victini and sun go together like bread and butter. I've used CB Victini in the sun before, and when you do that, V-create demolishes everything. This time I wanted to use a Victini that'd last a bit longer, and maybe get a sweep, as opposed to obliterating something on the switch, then retreating. The solution was Flame Charge Victini. With base 100 speed, Victini easily has enough speed for a sweep at +1 (Or +2 should the chance to FLame Charge again present itself), where it can use its STAB Blue Flare to mow down opposing teams, while Focus Blast takes Dark types and Heatran. One huge perk to the set is that Victory Star boosts the accuracy of both Blue Flare and Focus a last, meaning they miss less often than usual, which is extremely helpful. The last moves lot is your choice of Psychic for secondary STAB and the ability to hit Tentacruel, or HP Ice to stop him from being walled by Dragonite, Salamence, and the Lati twins. Just make sure you run it in sun, as Blue Flare hits like a ton of bricks when under sun. Some might say that Volcarona is better, and they'd be right, but Victini isn't walled by Heatran and is insanely fun to use.

Your sets are always wonderful.
Thank you o3o
Hold up victini learns blue flare? I thought it only learned fusion flare.
Huh interesting.
Hmm, what about TR lol. Victini can sweep in that too.
I didn't suggest TR > Flame Charge because there were already some TR sets here, and I think that under sun, TR can  work against faster members of the team, notably the team's Chlorphyll a user, assuming it's used in sun.
If you want victini to be a main special attacker, than I think that you gonwith heat wave instead of flame charge. You could teach it glaciate instead, as well, so that you can outspeed many pokemon.

Tinibitorain (Victini) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 192 HP / 252 SpA / 64 SpD
Mild Nature
- Thunder
- V-create
- Psyshock
- U-turn

My rain set for victini (Sprite will come later)

Thunder is the point of putting this guy in rain, he has that interesting balanced out stat spread, with THUNDER. The typing is relatively good for stopping Grass types from taking out your water types (Politoed, Any hydration user, Kabutops, etc.) V-create has 180 freaking base power, with STAB. Rain isn't hurting it too bad, while you're still getting a fighting force against crap like Scizor. Psyshock is STAB, and it deals physical damage. While U-turn is a scouting force, that hurts some, and can be used against weakened grass types, that you switched in on.

OU Lead / Weather Killer

Victini @ Choice specs
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Searing shot
- Final Gambit
- Psyshock
- Grass Knot

Outsppeds and KOs every Weather Changer with FInal gambit except Max Spd Ninetales(Speed tie but OHKO) and Hippowdon (2HKO with Grass Knot). KOs Tenta, Espeon, Ferro, Skarm, and Forretress with Final gambit, and only speed ties with Espeon (Neutral nature 252 Spd Evs) and Max Spd Tenta.

BL Lead / Weather Killer

Victini @ Choice specs
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 172 HP / 84 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Searing Shot
- Final Gambit
- Focus Blast
- Grass Knot

Outspeeds and KOs Xatu, both Regis, Donphan and all Weather Changers with Final gambit. Zoroark and Serperior both outspeed it but can be KOed by Focus Blast and Searing Shot respectively. Rhyperior cannot be KOed by Final Gambit but can be KOed by Grass Knot.

good. but if you have a choice specs final gambit will be unusable. final gambit is not that great competitive, and is only annoying if game creators wants to make a roaming pokemon kill itself, unableing you to catch it.

Victini @ Light Clay
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 96 Def / 100 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Light Screen
- U-turn
- V-create

An abnormal, yet effective set.

Thunder Wave puts the status down on your opponent, which is super annoying to deal with. He then sets up Light Screen to support his own bulk and the bulk of his teammates. He can now U-turn away and let another teammate screw over whatever your opponent is using. A great team player.

V-create is also good STAB since you have Thunder Wave to slow your opponent down.

The EVs are a bit weird, but... what did you expect?
HP maximizes bulk, the rest is to give him a little bit of edge.

Victini ignoring special event moves:

Victini @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 4 HP / 126 Def / 252 SpA / 126 SpD
Modest Nature
- Energy Ball
- Heat Wave
- Searing Shot
- Stored Power

Energy Ball (it covers 3 out of 5 weakness, the maximum it gets).

Heat Wave (with victory star is 99% accuracy. in THAT chase, is better than flamethrower).

Searing Shot (100 power, 100 acc, STAB, 30% chance to burn. no twist for this move. plus, I like to have signature moves on the Pokemon ((if they learn) one)).

Stored power (after weakness policy activates it's a 100 power move. it has a good number of weaknesses, coverage for most of them ((energy ball)) and a good bulk. 100 power move with 100 accuracy and 10 pp is REALLY, REALLY great. in that chase ONLY, it should be used).

Victini @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Final Gambit
- U-turn
- Fusion Bolt
- Flare Blitz

I use this as a joke in 1v1, I run it under the nickname "FREE ELO 4U" and suicide with FG, but it has served me quite well in OU.
Why they gave Victini Final Gambit I will never understand, but oh god is it glorious to see the opponent switch in their tank and have it immediately taken down with you. Whether you save it in the back for a particularly pesky wall or just sui-lead to ko a likely stealth rock t-tar, lando, dual spikes greninja, basically anything that doesn't have over 404 health. Which is a lot of things.

I added other moves in case you save it a little /too/ long and you need it to clean up, or shift around with uturn. But I use this thing to get rid of Ferrothorns and Azumarills and koko's and etc.
No more Toxapex's
If you have hazards to break sturdy, skarmory is no longer a problem

This is really funny and is good!

Gen 7 Doubles OU

Victini @ Leftovers
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 232 HP / 252 Atk / 24 Spe
Adamant Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

I didn't come up with set, but I got destroyed by this set from someone I fought, so credit goes to them. Unfortuantly, I'm not sure of the EV spread the person used, so I made the EV spread. For this to work, you'll need someone with Contrary like Spinda to use Skill Swap on you so you can obtain Contrary. V-Create is STAB and because of your newly obtained Contrary, instead of the stats being lowered, your defense, special defense, and speed will be raised. Bolt Strike is for coverage against water types and can paralyze opposing Pokemon. Rest is for healing. Sleep Talk is so you won't be vulnerable while you're asleep.

2021? Victini Moveset? Well I'm crazy as you see.

Sun Sweeper

Victini @ Life Orb
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Solar Beam
- Blue Flare
- U-turn / Psyshock
- Thunder Wave / Focus Blast

Solar Beam - Obviously, Sun team.
Blue Flare - STAB; Blue Flare going crispy with Victini's Type, Sp.Atk + Sun Boost.
U-Turn/Psyshock - Scouting; specially if foe has Cloud Nine or other weather-setting moves or take care of those annoying Poison-types with high sp.def; as well as criple Blissey/Chansey who would attempt to wall this set.
Thunder Wave/Focus Blast - Use something unexpected and cripple their revenge attempts or kick heatran out of the room.

Staller? Why? Sounds unique tho.
Victini @ Flame Orb / Grip Claw
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 164 HP / 172 Def / 172 SpD
Timid Nature
- Toxic / Trick
- Fire Spin
- Taunt / Protect
- Encore / Trick

Toxic/Trick - Why not? Doesn't stalling require a glorious move such as this? If you're using Trick--better mind they WONT get burned and POISONED at the same time; so it's your choice. You could also Trick back the flame orb tho; but that would make them evade your victini/take it out with water types.
Fire Spin - Lock them from switching as well as damage them for a few turns... hehehe... Grip Claw makes it further more ANNOYING.
Taunt/Protect - Why would you let them taunt you? Why would you let them hurt you?
Encore/Trick - If your enemy is trying to use slow Pokemon to set-up; they're surely gonna have a VERY bad time; using Taunt will also FORCE THEM to use struggle for a few turns, further increasing your sadistic level. If you're using Flame Orb--Trick should do for the first move; to make them taste burns ofcourse.

Purpose of your stalling is to move FIRST as giving them status conditions or trapping them IS your priority, which is why I recommended Timid nature, tho you can use whatever you wanted. Victini's bulk is decent, tho the typing has Rock, Water, Ground, Dark and Ghost as weaknesses which is annoying.

The funny part is when you're using Flame Orb and the dude trades their scarf (since that's an infamous strategy, tried, tested & trusted™) with it. It does do a lose-lose situation, but the guy got burned, and if it's a physical sweeper--that WOULD be EVEN MORE FUNNY. LMAO. Some also attempts to use thief on Victini (it's super effective and think that they might steal an important item from your victini); but they realized they didn't steal leftovers or lum berry--they stole a flame orb, your quote will be "All yours, partner." as they get burnt up.

The first move you should use is either Fire Spin (lock them down lmao) or Toxic.

I know it's risky to use stalling victini; but they just won't expect such a surprise.

The sun sweeper set is a standard, so nah no talks about it.

Role: Physical Sweeper

Victini @ Life Orb
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- V-Create
- Zen Headbutt
- U-Turn
- Bolt Strike

Explanation: V-Create is the most powerful Fire-type move (excluding Z-moves etc) and is STAB, despite its stats decrease. Its accuracy is 100% with Victory Star. Zen Headbutt is STAB, and its accuracy is 99% with a chance to flinch, which is always good. U-Turn covers Victini's weakness to Dark types and allows it to escape when its health goes down or when its stats decrease (especially after using V-Create). Bolt Strike provides coverage, especially against Water types.

Edit: Ignore everything I previously mentioned with regards to the Choice Band. I must have been drunk on idiocy facepalms

"U-Turn covers Victini's weakness to Dark types and allows it to escape when its health goes down or when its stats decrease (especially after using V-Create)."

But you're Choice Banded. That means a manual switch is needed if you use V-Create and want to switch. You could change to Life Orb?
Bolt Strike should be used instead of Thunder Punch. It gets perfect accuracy with Victory Star, and has more power. Also, Victini appreciates CBs boost in power and U-Turn is great on choice for pivoting out of predicted switch ins.
I'd go for max speed here. Victini needs all the speed possible because of its exploitable weakness in common types in Ground- and Water-.
And do Bolt Stike > Thunder Punch almost always, because of it getting perfect accuracy and a higher BP.
@~Polaris~ Omg I have no idea what I was even typing back then, thank you so much for correcting me!
@PKThunder10 & @Assault Ποσειδώνας, thank you for your suggestions, I will take them into consideration and make the necessary edits.
haha :D it happens

Victini @ Muscle band
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Brick Break
- Zen Headbutt / Fusion Bolt
- U-turn / Fusion Bolt

Yes, a physical set. Flare-blitz is STAB. Brick-break is coverage. Zen-headbutt is STAB. U-turn is for escaping.

You can substitute those last two moves for the powerful Fusion-bolt for coverage.

Use v-create instead of flare blitz.

Victini @ Wide Lens
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Telekinesis
- Substitute
- Inferno
- Charge Beam

Same strategy as my Chandelure set, but with less power, no Shadow tag, but with more bulk and accuracy. Inferno paired with Victory Star, Wide lens and Telekinesis gets good accuracy, while Psychic is STAB. Charge beam gets full accuracy, and the SAtk boosts allows me not to be walled by Blissey/Chansey.

Gen 8 SS Monotype (Psychic)

Victini @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- U-turn
- Substitute / Glaciate

This is pretty much the standard set people use on Psychic-type teams. V-Create is an incredibly strong STAB move, and thanks to Victory Star, you get a guaranteed hit. Bolt Strike allows you to deal super effective damage to Water-types like Mantine and Pelipper. U-turn allows you to pivot and is useful for getting out of bad matchups. Substitute is used for scouting and can let you avoid status conditions. Although its power is lowered by Jolly Nature, Glaciate can be used instead so you can 2HKO Landorus-Therian most of the time.

GAH DAYMMM!! A 180 POWER STAB MOVE!? I'LL TAKE THAT!!

• U-Turn

Oh no!! I'm about to get killed by an earthquake! It's not like I
could go for a choice scarf U-Turn and go to a flying type teammate.

• Final Gambit

Toxapex SUCKS.

• Bolt Strike

Pelipper In Rain Teams? Ok Great, Victini, Use Bolt Strike!

Victini @ Fire Gem
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- V-create
- U-turn
- Bolt Strike
- Brick Break

Victini! :D Victini acts as a powerful physical sweeper. V-Create is an unstoppable force. 200x1.5 is 300 power. OHKO anything unresisted, do 2/3 damage to anything resisted w/ 252 def. 100% chance to OHKO Politoed, no defense EVs. Same for Jelli. Wow. U-Turn lets me pivot into whatever. Useful for after I use VCreate, since dem stat drops go in. Bolt Strike is a powerful Electric coverage, taking flying types like DNite down. A must have for physical Victini, tbh. Brick Break is another coverage move that helps deal with Special Walls.

Surprised not to see a Z-celebrate set here.

Victini @ Normalium Z
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Celebrate
- Stored Power
- Searing Shot
- Hidden Power [Ground]

  • Celebrate: Z-Celebrate causes all stats to increase by 1.
  • Stored Power: (20*6)+20= bp 140 and stab.
  • Searing Shot: good stab, higher chance to burn than Fire Blast/Flamethrower.
  • HP Ground: covers everything else that resists fire and psychic.
