How many snorlax are in firered?

There are two, one on Route 12, the seaside route south of Lavender Town, and the other on Route 16, adjacent to Celadon City and Route 17. They'll block your path, so you will have to wake them up with the Pokeflute, battle, and either catch or defeat them.

Just two wild ones. You could also breed them for more.

There are 2 Snorlaxes you can catch, but by breeding on Island 4, you can get as many as you want! Hope I helped! :)
