Can you still get pokedex 3d?

Cause I just bought a 3ds from amazon and it should arrive in a few days and I was just wondering if I can still get pokedex 3d

Yes, you can get it. If you want the Pokedex that has all the Pokemon in it, you have to pay for it. If I remember correctly it is only a few dollars. For the free one, it has only the Unova Pokemon and it is incomplete when you get it; you get 3 a day via spotpass.
