HP teller giving different readings?

Question

Okay as most of us know in Black/White2 there is a HP (Hidden Power) teller at the PWT area. Now I had a Gothorita that he said its HP was Rock. Then after I EV trained it and evolved it and trained it to lvl100. He then said its HP was Bug.

Does the HP teller give different readings depending on EVs, Lvl, Evolution? Or was I just previously mistaken thinking he said Gothorita's HP was rock?

You were mistaken. HP type is based soley off IVs, which dont change.

Hidden Power Type and Power are based on IVs, so they shouldn't change. You must have been mistaken. (Or it was a different Gothorita.)
