Is Scizor a good Choice Band attacker?

I am currently using a Adamant 252 atk. Technician Scizor with Choice Band and Bullet Punch, will this work permanently?

Scizor with Choice Band is labeled one of the biggest Choice Band threats in competitive battling (OU). With access to the ability technician it can pull off a very strong threatening role. With supporting EVs and nature it just makes it even stronger.

- Superpower
- Aerial Ace

Superpower is a must to hit steel types. Bullet Punch gets STAB + Band + Technician boost and is priority. Bug Bite is STAB + Technician + Band boost. And Aerial Ace will always hit, gets technician boost, and hits many fighting type Pokemon such as Breloom and Conkeldurr, harder than they want to be hit.

Scizor is one of the Top-Tier threats in OU, with an Unrivaled 130 Attack Stat and Technician, making ut one if thr hardest hitting Priority (Bullet Punch) utilities in the Metagame without Boost.

The Choice Band is an excellent Item to Equip on Scizor as it Doubles it's already exceptional Attack into a terrifying 260, granting it instant Power as opposed to wasting a Turn Setting Up Swords Dance. Here is the suggested Set:

The given EV Spread grants Scizor just the amount of Speed that it needs to get the jump on a Neutral 4 Spd Heatran, while also making use of that impressive Atk with Max EVs. The extra Bulk is just a plus. With its signature move in STAB+Technician+Choice Band Bullet Punch, .nothing that is weak against it will be survivng. U-turn ia its Pivotal STAB, while Superpower is for Coverage. Sleeo Talk Is there to absorb Spores
