Tyranitar and Pupitar can be found on Route 15 on both Black and White and Black and White 2. You have to breed them for Larvitar.
They can be found Outside the Poketransfer Lab on route 15 Sourse Experience and bulbapedia They will be level 57 so you need a rare candy and poof there is your tyranatar then breed and you got a complete set
