That's my suggestion. Looking at the champion's teams, those types pretty much cover everything.
Notes:
1. I would maybe do some EV training or try and get an Eevee with high speed IVs in order to oustspeed Blue's Aerodactyl. It's Choice Banded and has Earthquake.
2. A bulky water type is essential in order to defeat Lance. 3 Dragons on his team have a x4 weakness to ice. Watch out for his Dragonite's Focus Sash, and also his Kingdra. Kingdra is the only reason I'd suggest Dual Chop on Mienshao.
3. Crobat is the best one to take down Wallace's Ludicolo, Blue's Machamp & Cynthia's Roserade; make sure to have it around when fighting them.
4. Wallace's Swampert is holding Rindo Berry, so you have to weaken it first or prepare to get your Chandelure OHKO'd after using Energy Ball.
5. Cynthia's Spiritomb is the only reason why I suggest substitute for Chandelure. It only has one attacking move, Sucker Punch, and since Chandelure will be faster than it, you can put in a substitute before Spiritomb tries to paint split you. Alternatively, you can get Zoroark to deal with it. Substitute needed again in order to avoid pain split.
6. Adeku's Volcarona has a Charti Berry. Crobat might be a better idea with Acrobatics than Mienshao with Stone Edge in this case, but make sure it survives to take on his Conkeldurr.
7. Watch out for Steven's Excadrill. I think getting Mienshao to use Fake Out on it to negate its Focus Sash would be best, same with Wallace's Sharpedo (but watch out for Aqua Jet & Rough Skin).
