What is the best Pokemon to use my master ball on?

I am planning to use a Metang on my team but I am wondering if I should use my master ball on it as it is hard to catch.

I would actually not use it on a simple Metang...
You really should save your Master Ball for hard to catch Legendary Pokemon. Such as:

• Regigigas
• Cresselia
• Heatran
• Kyurem
• Lati@s

One of those work well.
