Is there a Pokemon battle simulator that I can play on my 3DS?

I have more access to my DS than a computer, but I love Pokemon showdown. It can't load on my 3DS. I don't want to train them to battle.

No is the simple answer.

The amount of reprogramming needed for that to happen is unfeasible.

If you don't want to train your Pokemon, then just use the rare candy cheat, and/or hack to get perfect IVs. But then again, that's taking away more than half the fun of battling.
