Is there a way to go around the rock in the near the Pokemon center in Driftveil City?

I am surfing near the Pokemon center in Driftveil City. I saw a lighthouse. I also saw a path in the water to go ahead but, there rocks in the way. Is there a way to move them or a way around them. Please help me!

Nope, there is no way around. However, if you already obtained the Water Stone next to the Lighthouse, there is nothing else there.
