I am playing Pokemon gold/crystal and would like to know if Heal Bell affects the entire party or just the user? On bulbpedia it says just the user but other sources do not say that. Please help thanks.
Something you should know: ALWAYS trust Bulbapedia. Just to reassure you, I tried many other sources, and none said anything to conflict with that.
