Where can I get a Braviary in White2?

I need a Rufflet for the Pokedex, but I can't find one and I could breed one to get a Rufflet. Where can I get one???

You can get a Rufflet in White 2; no need to breed a Braviary.

If you want though, there's a Braviary on Route 4, but it only appears on a Monday.
