Whats in Silph co in SS?

I know you have to get a rotom to open it, and im currently working on getting past that blasted door by getting one, but whats behind that door? Is it even worth it to go through the trouble of getting a rotom?

There's a room in which you can change Rotom's forms: Heat, Fan, Frost, Mow, Wash
