what are annoyer in competitive battles just want to know so I can try to finish my team

by
what ?
ninjask
Are you asking for a good annoyer, or are you asking what annoyers are?
Hell no, Ninjask ain't an annoyer. It's not even an official term in Pokemon.
It just fell out of usage. The term was commonly used back in Gen III.
I don't think this is gen III, and he doesn't want it for Gen III (Bw2)
Just saying it is a competitive term. And while Annoyers aren't much in use, there are still a few that can take the title. Some variations of Ludicolo are the first that come to mind.

Sableye (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Protect
- Will-o-wisp
- Recover

Basically here you would poison or burn your target (depending on type). You will survive 100% with focus sash. Then, keep on using protect and recover over until your opponent faints.

Mis----what?
Don't you mean Prankster??
Sadly that won't work using Protect and Detect back to back. You can use them both for 2 turns(one per move) but it still has the chance to fail. An attacking move needs to be used.
Stall Sableye?
><
Stall Sableye is more of a staller than an annoyer. :3
Not that good of a moveset either. Well maybe cause I use my Sableye with a light clay user and it works awesome :D
