I have my thoughts on Dragonair and Shelgon..

Dragonair because of it's ability to either shed away a status problem, or to up defense when having a status problem

Shelgon because of it's great defense, and just like Dragonair, it only has 2 weaknesses

Which of the two is better? Also, if there are any other eviolite dragons worth mentioning or is better than Dragonair & Shelgon, please share! Thanks in advance (:

Given that neither format nor generation was specified...
- Dipplin and Duraludon are two of the stronger Dragon types available with Eviolite. Do note that they're not very good in higher tiers.
- Axew and Tyrunt often run it on bulkier sets in LC for more setup opportunities. Bagon and Goomy did too before they fell off the map in later generations.
- Every other Dragon Eviolite user (Drakloak, Fraxure, etc) is pretty bad in non-NFE tiers. I don't think they're worth going over.

Eviolite Dragonair is easily the better of the 2 because of Shed Skin. Shelgon might be a good Physically Defensive Wall, but it usually Set- up bait or Death Fodder if you can Poison it. Usually the same would go for Dragonair, but Shed Skin is what protects it. Also with Shed Skin, Dragonair can run a nice Dragon Dance Moveset without any worry of keeping a Burn. Shelgon most likely a waste of a Move Spot most of the Time in NU.

Now Mike might have already answered, but my answer will be in favor of the almight Shelgon.

Shelgon @ Eviolite
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw/Outrage
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

The main idea is you set up Dragon Dances whilst Resting and Sleep Talking to build up a sweep. Dragon Claw is the prefferred of the 2 STABs but Outrage is available for more power, just mind the fact that it locks you into it and confuses you.
