What moves are good for a Pokemon learning focus punch?

I was thinking a Pokemon knowing focus punch (duh) and double team so I would be able to pull off focus punch but cant decide on 2 other moves. Also what Pokemon should I use.

The best move to pair up with Focus Punch is Substitute. When you use Substitute, you cannot lose you focus when using Focus Punch. Some good candidates are:

• Breloom: Has access to Spore and high Attack stat.
• Conkeldurr: Low speed allows you to pull off a Substitute and and High Attack stat.

Meh, the two candidates you named can run other sets with much more ease, but they can run SubPunch as well.
