Oh come on they deleted the joke moveset? I was going to use it :(
I know right? I think the moveset was Blizzard, Present or Fling+Iron Ball, Round and something else which I cannot remember. Who posted it anyway? I want to ask him to put it on his wall.

Timid Nature

I take no credit. This Delibird lead was made by a guy named Christian.

Delibird@Focus Sash
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 252 SAtk/252 Spe/4 Def EVs.
Modest nature.
- Spikes- Set up.
- Rapid Spin- This Delibird is not meant to switch out so he only spins the early hazards.
- Freeze Dry- STAB. Provides same super effective coverage as BoltBeam.
- Destiny Bond- Forces switches. Is used in conjunction with Focus Sash.

Delibird @ Focus Sash
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Ice Shard
- Agility
- Destiny Bond

This set is for a lead and to do chip damage to your opponent. Fake Out is for a free turn. Ice Shard is priority and breaks sashes. Agility to double your speed. Destiny Bond is to take out a foe. What this moveset attempts is to use Fake Out for free damage if the opponent isn't a ghost type, Agility to double your speed, consume the Focus Sash (if you didn't use the Sash), then take the foe out with Destiny Bond.

Unlike most, I chose to have my delibird have hustle because of his poor attack power...

Delibird @ choice band, choice scarf, or focus sash
Nature: Naive
Ability: Hustle; raises delibird's attack
EVs in speed and attack

Moves:
Aerial Ace - STAB, makes up for Hustle's reduced accuracy
Ice Shard - STAB, Priority
Bestow - If you are using a choice band or scarf, bestow will give the item to your opponent, confining them to the use of only one move. Good against set up Pokemon.
Brick break/Ice Punch - Brick Break : coverage, Ice Punch: STAB, good against slow enemies that won't be defeated by Ice shard

This thing can pretty much only be used as a lead, even though it's outclassed by every single other lead out there.

Delibird @ Focus Sash
ABILITY: Vital Spirit
NATURE: Timid
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SpAtk/4 HP

Spikes
Rapid Spin
Icy Wind
Destiny Bond

Delibird @ Choice Band
Ability: Hustle
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Triple Axel
- Brave Bird
- Seed Bomb / Drill Run / Power Up Punch / Steel Wing
- Seed Bomb / Drill Run / Power Up Punch / Steel Wing

Deli-Birb. Delivering you Deli from the store to your door since 1999.
...
I'm sorry, what?

Choice Band + Hustle makes a huge (ish) Attack stat, Triple Axel and Brave Bird are my favourite Ice and Flying moves, so they're getting slapped on the set. The other 4 moves are all good coverage (Power Up Punch for gets stronger each turn), pick between any of them.

Also, please for the love of the Deli counter, have a Rapid Spinner/Defogger, Santa wears boots, but this bird don't need to :P

Have fun using this set, hope I made you smile a bit with my weird humour :D

(I tried posting this on Smogon forums but they were mean to me so here it is)
Move 1: Ice Beam / Blizzard
Move 2: Endure
Move 3: Memento
Move 4: Destiny Bond
Item: Custap Berry
Ability: Vital Spirit / Insomnia
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpA

Ice Beam or Blizzard is for when you're going up against a Pokemon that you know isn't going to immediately kill Delibird, or when the Pokemon you're going against a Pokemon that is Burned, (specifically a Physical Attacker that is burned) Paralyzed, Asleep or Frozen. It's safer if you go against a stronger Pokemon with Delibird if they're specifically Frozen or Asleep, but it's still risky, so you need to be certain that you won't faint to the Pokemon you're going against if you're planning on doing direct damage with Deibird. The rest of the moves of this set is what makes this set fun. Endure is used to guarantee that Delibird won't faint to whatever it's going against, and it's a good substitution for a Focus Sash. It's actually better than Focus Sash, because if you land on an entry hazard, get hit with a weak move that wouldn't KO Delibird, etc, Focus Sash would be gone, and Delibird would just be a waste of a spot in your team, and Focus Band isn't wasted when you get slightly damaged, but do you really want to risk that? Of course not, so Endure is the best thing to use for this strat. Now, Memento would seem like a useless move for this set because you have Destiny Bond, so why lower the opposing Pokemon's attacking stats instead of killing said Pokemon? Well, say you're going against a Pokemon that doesn't have any set up moves, obviously the person you're going against will want to switch said Pokemon, so on the turn he uses to switch Pokemon, you can set up with Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Trick Room, etc. And Destiny Bond is obviously for killing a certain Pokemon that can threaten your team, or if the Pokemon is just annoying. (sorry for the wall of text)

Delibird is just.. horrible. It is outclassed by any other Ice or Flying type that you can see. This set utilizes on it's Hustle ability.

Delibird (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Hustle
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics / Aerial Ace
- Trailblaze / Seed Bomb / Memento
- Brick Break / Destiny Bond / Counter
- Avalanche / Icicle Spear

This set focuses on it's Focus Sash to do damage. Brick Break is if you want to break screens, just in case. Counter is obvious for the Sash, but Destiny Bond and Memento works fine. Avalanche is if you want to get risky, but Destiny Bond and Counter is ultimately the better choice. Acrobatics is if you want to think that Delibird outspeeds anything, and Aerial Ace is for Hustle.

Here's a lead set for Delibird, if you even want to use it.

Delibird (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Vital Spirit
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 248 HP / 8 ATK / 252 SPD
Adamant Nature
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Brave Bird
- Destiny Bond / Seismic Toss

Spikes and Rapid Spin is a good combo to setup, and to stop others from setting up. Seismic Toss is to do damage, but Destiny Bond is if you want it to take down opponents quickly, as this Pokémon is incredibly frail.
Brave Bird alludes to it being incredibly frail.
