Shiny Bagon in Hidden Grotto?

Question

My friend told me that in BW2, if you go into the Hidden Grotto in Pinwheel Forest and find a Bagon, then it will be Shiny. I don't believe him at all, but just to reassure: Is this really true???

Set when regenerated? What do you mean? Nature is set when the game was made, and if you reset it'll be the same stats??

It means even if you turn off your game and turn it back on what ever was in the Grotto the first time will be in there again. For example you find a item in there, turn it off then turn it back on it will be a item again

I checked on some websites before posting just to ensure.
Your friend is totally lying...as it is impossible to find a shiny Pokemon in any grotto without cheats-but ya.
