The team is specially made to soft-cteam Stall, and it also retains its viability to be nice against other builds. I beat Will (USUM Council if you don't know), Kate and a random ladder person with it yesterday, and it was pretty nice. The only issue is Necrozma-Ultra, and there's no Rayquaza-Mega switchin, but it's pretty cool outside that.

The idea is to make some sane doubles and pipe up the pressure on the opponent. Obviously someone would send Blissey on the Kyogre, so you double to the Ray, and then you either click Outrage or double to Tyranitar on the Lugia switchin, hurting it with Pursuit + Sand Stream.
