I doubt that feature will be added at all, unfortunately. Pokemaster rarely acts upon feature requests and I don't think that one would be a high priority for him either way.
As the post mentions it's quite easy to work around by simply changing the URL. If you're on the main section you can just add "meta/" between "pokebase/" and "user/" to go where you want.

I've only played about 2 games of gen 1 random battles, im not exactly a pro yet.

sorry rand bats is just short for random battles but no one really uses it but me :P for the second part i definitely agree, as much as possible i try to do things like capitalize the names of moves and pokemon when not just chatting. your always good grammer thing is a good habit and more than most online users do.

cool, i've occasionally played gen 1 rand bats and it seems pretty fun. an argument for Choice Scarfs or Scarfes could be made due to the fact Choice Scarf is kind of a made up word/phrase so the normal rules of turning f to v could not apply, but i definitely agree with the Choice Scarves assessment.
