Glad to see that seeded packs are being removed from prereleases.

Ann Rule died yesterday. She was one of the few writers of non-fiction who I would read, thanks to her expert knowledge of crime combined with wonderful prose. RIP.

Spoilers for anyone not caught up to the series, obviously.
Sure it was interesting, but the character arcs for some of the characters weren't over. They never got the development they needed and were killed off too early. There were definitely better choices to make there, including Michonne. Rosita's whole baby thing was just a big "**** you" and a waste of time. Sure, it's realistic for characters to die, but we've seen it happen. She was irrelevant at this point already, and making her pregnant was dumb.
But then there's Amber. I'm super happy she died, which sounds awful. GLORIOUS NEGAN WILL RISE AGAIN! I'm hoping he becomes Rick's lapdog and does the dirty work. This will surely create an interesting dynamic between Maggie and Rick.

Issue #144 was all I needed to make me very interested in the Whisperer story arc of the Walking Dead. I was wondering what they could do to keep things interesting after the fantastic All Out War arc, and I'm glad to say that Walking Dead is still without a doubt one of the greatest comics.

Thanks for the tip with the server. I know a fair amount about competitive magic but I'll read up on it to make sure I am on par with you. I wouldn't be able to check in on showdown until next Monday due to the fact that I work 11-11 the next 3 days

I'll have to make a steam account and look into getting that game when it comes out. I'll check into showdown to see about playing a game sometime. I'm getting a Ps4 soon so I won't be on Xbox much either. Is there a time that you tend to be on the showdown server that you would recommend me checking in?

Finished Season 1 of House of Cards. An amazing show that I should've started watching sooner. The best way I can describe it is if they made a show about Palpatine's rise to power during the prequel trilogy. We've had shows where the main character is not our typical definition of a hero. Dexter Morgan, Walter White, Donald Draper, all of these are people with characteristics that would put them as an antagonist in regular shows. However all of them have positive traits to them and do good things. Frank Underwood is a different breed entirely. He is evil, pure and simple. And it's pretty amazing.

Once again people attacking TotalBiscuit. This is the man who is without a doubt the most ethical person in gaming journalism. He goes out of his way to make things clear to the consumer and disclose any possibilities of conflicts of interest, even going so far as to not provide coverage on a game if he feels that he is to close to the developers. I've been watching his gaming critique for many years prior to GamerGate, and while I don't always agree with his opinions (as I'm far more story focused than he is) he has been a constant source of good ideas and strong counterarguments. His coverage on the problems going on with Steam back when the store was a complete and total mess, as well as his differing opinion on used games, were all fantastic. He's brought to light many interesting games that without his notice would have failed financially. And his stance during the whole GamerGate movement has always been focused on the ethical transgressions going on in gaming journalism. His view has been fairly moderate, with a slight lean towards the GamerGate side of things. However he does not hold back when talking about how he thinks some segments of GamerGate are far too focused on the social justice side of things (something I agree with). For these opinions he has been attacked by people who should know better. Shame on the figures in the gaming industry for encouraging these spiteful character assassinations.
