If we remove lando, some other pokemon would be on every single team; your can't fix it, it will always be there no matter how many pokemon you ban.

I have made an amazing realization. According to my Accomplishments section in About Me, I got my first 500 points April  20th, 2018. Now it is one month later and I have 1046. So that means that last month, I got about 500 points. If I continue at this rate, I will be Expert in only 10 months! :D

I don't think so; It'd just butcher the metagames and make them less fun by removing variety. :P

Ubers is OUBL in the sense of any pokemon banned from OU goes into ubers, regardless of usage, like the borderline tiers. After that, you have rayquaza....
