Welcome to the Database :)
I saw your comment on the Weavile thread, and we’re currently deciding whether we want to allow moveset requests on those threads.
However, in the meantime, I can recommend some advice in this regard. Overall, Weavile is outclassed by Dragapult as a partner for Coalossal. Its speed is significantly higher, it’s immune to Fake Out, and Clear Body means its speed can’t be dropped by Pokémon like Regieleki. Here’s a good support Dragapult set:
Dragapult @ Focus Sash / Light Clay
Ability: Clear Body
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Surf
- Ally Switch
- Dragon Darts
- Light Screen / Reflect
You can choose whichever screen your team would benefit most from, or go for a different move in the last slot altogether like Helping Hand, Will-o-Wisp, etc.. I wouldn’t recommend any attacking moves other than Surf and Dragon Darts, though, since you won’t want to use any other special attacks and its physical options are awful.
If you’re really set on Weavile, though, here’s a set I came up with:
Weavile @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
Level: 50
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Surf
- Taunt
- Icicle Crash
- Fake Out / Reflect / Snarl
Fast Taunt support is always useful, and Icicle Crash, in addition to just being strong STAB, also nails ground types that threaten Coalossal. Fake Out is unfortunately a bit situational for this role, since you can only use it if you switch Weavile out or if you bring it to games that you don’t lead with it and Coalossal. If that sounds too situational, then you can go for either of Reflect or Snarl to weaken physical or special attackers, respectively.
