Yo wassup. As a fellow player of Diamond myself, I'm trying to figure out the Strength question. All I remember doing is talking to the gym leader. I have a few questions: Are you sure it's Diamond? If it's Platinum, you can't get Strength there. Did you beat all the trainers? Maybe that might help you. Did you try going into other town and/or getting other gym badges? That might have something to do with it, but I'm not sure about that. Are you sure your copy is legit? If it isn't, it might have been hacked so you can't get Strength.
I'll continue working on this question. Let me know if anything I said was helpful or not. Also, you might have to have done something important before getting Strength. Bye :)
